This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every version of PrismGuard — the app from prismguard.xyz, the Solana dApp Store version and the website. It is part of our Terms of Service and the dApp Store Terms of Service.
Use PrismGuard for
Private and secure access to the internet: protecting your connection and your privacy on public and untrusted networks, and everyday lawful browsing, messaging, streaming and work.
Not allowed
- attacking, scanning or overloading networks and services; running botnets; credential stuffing;
- sending spam, phishing or distributing malware;
- fraud, including payment fraud;
- content that sexually exploits children, or any other clearly illegal content;
- infringing copyright or other people's rights, or violating their privacy;
- breaking sanctions or export-control laws;
- trying to break into, test or disrupt PrismGuard itself without our written permission.
Fair use and plan limits
- Free currently includes the PRISM Camo and PRISM Mirror modes with a monthly limit on downloaded traffic (5 GB; only downloads count) and a speed limit. Premium unlocks all modes, Fast DNS and Shield.
- Premium traffic is unlimited for personal use. Do not resell access, share accounts or access credentials, or overload servers with automation.
- Do not create many accounts or reset devices to get around Free limits, and do not abuse the referral program.
What Shield is
Shield blocks known malicious and phishing domains at the DNS level. It reduces risk but is not a guarantee. Shield does not check transactions, wallets, recipients or smart contracts and does not confirm that anything is safe. Always check what you sign and where you send money yourself.
Payments and sanctions
Do not use PrismGuard or pay for it in breach of sanctions that apply to you. Payment providers (Digiseller, NOWPayments) may run their own checks and decline payments. We do not ask for identity documents.
Enforcement
If we detect abuse, we may rate-limit traffic, revoke access credentials, suspend or close the account, block wallet access or refuse service. Where we can, we warn first. Access limited for breaking this policy is not refunded (Refund Policy). We protect privacy, but we may use the operational data described in the Privacy Policy to protect the network and to answer valid legal requests.
