Getting started
Which version should I install?
If you have a Solana phone and wallet, use the Solana dApp Store version: sign-in and payment with your wallet. Otherwise install the APK from this site and sign in with email, Telegram or Google.
How do I install the APK?
Download it from the Download page, allow installs from your browser when Android asks, open the file and install. Then open PrismGuard, sign in and tap Connect.
Do I need an account?
In the dApp Store version, your Solana wallet is enough. In the public APK, sign in with email, Telegram or Google.
Connection
Which protocol should I choose?
Auto. It picks the best working route for your network. Choose Camo, Mirror or Fast DNS manually only if support asks you to.
The VPN does not reconnect by itself
Turn on auto-connect in the app and enable “Always-on VPN” for PrismGuard in Android settings (Network → VPN). Auto-connect is most reliable with it.
Only some sites open on mobile data
Your operator may allow only whitelisted sites. Switch to Fast DNS (Premium): it is slower, but meant for exactly these networks.
Russian services do not open through the VPN
Turn on “Russian services directly” in settings. These services will go outside the VPN; everything else stays protected. The option is off by default.
How do I check the speed?
Use the built-in speed test. Note: the Direct and Compare modes test without the VPN, so the test server sees your real IP address.
What should I send to support?
A short description and the time of the problem. If you write by email from the Account screen in the app, the local connection log is added automatically — you can edit it before sending.
Plans & payment
What is included in Free?
Camo and Mirror protocols, all catalog servers and 5 GB of downloads each month (uploads are not counted) at up to 5 Mbit/s. No time limit.
What does Premium add?
All protocols including Fast DNS, Shield, unlimited traffic (fair use) with no speed limit, split tunneling and Wi-Fi + LTE together.
How can I pay?
dApp Store version: SOL or USDC in the app. Public APK and website: bank card or SBP via Digiseller, or crypto via NOWPayments.
How does the referral program work?
Share your invite link from your account or from @PrismGuardVPNBot. When your friend pays for Premium for the first time (any period), they get +1 month free, and you get +1 month too.
I paid but Premium did not activate
Write to @PrismGuardSupportbot and include the transaction. We will check it.
Account & privacy
Do you log what I do?
No. We do not log the content of your traffic or the sites and services you visit. The Privacy Policy lists what we do process — for example traffic volume for the Free limit.
Why does the app ask for location?
Android requires it to read the Wi-Fi network name. PrismGuard uses it only on the phone, for auto-connect and trusted Wi-Fi. Your location is not sent to us.
How do I delete my data?
There is no account deletion in the app. Write to @PrismGuardSupportbot from the wallet or contact you used, and we will delete your data. Payments recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
How do I sign out?
In the app — Sign out (or disconnect the wallet in the dApp Store version). On the website — Sign out on the Account page.
