These Terms of Service ("Terms") also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA). They govern your use of the PrismGuard VPN app distributed through the Solana dApp Store ("the App") and the service behind it ("the Service"). "PrismGuard", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs PrismGuard.
These Terms are an agreement between you and PrismGuard only (see section 13 about Solana Mobile). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the dApp Store Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Service
PrismGuard provides encrypted VPN connections with four connection modes — Auto, PRISM Camo, PRISM Mirror and Fast DNS — through servers in several countries.
Shield blocks known malicious and phishing domains at the DNS level. Shield does not check transactions, wallets or payment recipients. Features, servers and modes may change over time.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, lawful use under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the App or the Service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to build a competing service. Open-source components are licensed under their own licenses, listed in the App under "Third-party notices".
Wallet account
- You sign in only with a Solana wallet (Sign-In With Solana). Your wallet address is your account.
- We never receive your private key or seed phrase. The App asks your wallet to sign only the sign-in message and the payments you approve.
- You alone are responsible for your wallet, keys and seed phrase. We cannot recover them and cannot reverse transactions.
- You must be at least 16 to use PrismGuard. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Plans
- Free has no time limit and is available after wallet sign-in. It includes the PRISM Camo and PRISM Mirror modes, a monthly limit on downloaded traffic (currently 5 GB; only downloads count) and a speed limit, as shown in the App.
- Premium unlocks all connection modes, including Fast DNS, and Shield, together with the other Premium features shown in the App. Premium traffic is unlimited for personal use under the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Premium is prepaid for a fixed period: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The current price is shown in the App before you pay.
- Premium does not renew automatically. When the paid period ends, Premium simply stops; nothing is ever charged without your approval in the wallet.
On-chain payments
- In this version you pay only on-chain, in SOL or USDC on Solana mainnet, from your own wallet, after you review and approve the transaction. There are no card payments and no other payment methods.
- Prices are set in US dollars. If you pay in SOL, the amount is converted at the rate shown before you approve. Solana network fees are paid by you.
- On-chain transactions are public and final.
- Premium is activated automatically once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. If it is not activated, contact support with the transaction signature.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. An approved refund is sent in the same token to the wallet that paid, minus the network fee. If the law of your country gives you a mandatory right to a refund, that right applies as well.
Referral program
Your invite link is in your account. When a friend you invited pays for Premium for the first time, you both get +1 month (30 days) of Premium. Inviting yourself or using fake accounts does not count, and we may cancel bonuses gained that way. We may change or end the program; bonus days already credited stay on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use PrismGuard for illegal activity, including fraud, distributing malware, attacks on networks or services, spam, infringing others' rights, breaking sanctions or content that exploits children. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for following the laws of the country where you use the Service. We may limit or suspend access for wallets that break these rules.
Availability
We work to keep PrismGuard fast and available, but networks, mobile operators, network restrictions, the state of the Solana network, wallet apps and device settings are outside our control. We do not guarantee that the Service will work on every network, at all times or at a particular speed.
Disclaimer
The App and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available". Shield reduces risk but cannot protect against every threat, and nothing in PrismGuard is financial, legal or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, we and the Solana Mobile Parties (section 13) disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PrismGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or crypto assets arising from use of the App or the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.
To the extent permitted by law, the Solana Mobile Parties are not liable to you for any damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive, including loss of profits, data or crypto assets — arising out of or related to the App or the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App or ask us to delete it (see the dApp Store Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if the law requires it. The sections on the license restrictions, disclaimer, limitation of liability, Solana Mobile and disputes continue to apply after termination.
Solana Mobile and the dApp Store
Solana Mobile, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers and licensors (the "Solana Mobile Parties") are not a party to these Terms. They have no responsibility or liability to you for the App or the Service, including its content, operation, support, maintenance, updates, refunds, warranties and any claims about it.
PrismGuard alone is responsible for the App and the Service. Please send all questions, support requests, refund requests and claims to us, not to Solana Mobile. Your use of the dApp Store itself is governed by the Solana dApp Store's own terms.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are solved fastest through support. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
